Jones’ 30-plus years in the industry have rendered her indispensable at AT&T. The businesses she runs deliver $85 billion in revenue annually for the company. In addition to being responsible for end-to-end customer experience strategy and investment, Jones also regularly participates with AT&T mentorship programs teaching young women leadership skills to achieve success. One of her mentees never believed she would graduate high school, but now attends college. Jones, the only person in her family with a college degree, sits on the Frost Bank advisory board.
