Her team is currently hard at work on a consumer analytics platform to guide future strategy decisions. What industry topic do you think will dominate industry headlines in 2018 and why?
There are two topics that I think will dominate headlines next year – privacy and continued evolution of cord cutting and OTT products.
- Privacy: There are several recent examples of consumer data being compromised by theft of personal information. This is a top issue for any consumer product or services organization. We’re focused on providing great service and ease of digital access without putting customer information at risk.
- Cord cutters and OTT: Countless new OTT options are attracting new customers. We can expect traditional business models to continue evolving as we navigate through value chain compression across the ecosystem – from content creation to aggregation and distribution.

My husband and I both enjoy playing golf. That has always been my favorite way to relieve stress.
