The immersive mixed reality segments, created using the Frontier powered by Unreal Engine, have seen more than 940 million earned media impressions and has given the network a new way to communicate with viewers prior to severe weather events. In one case, a segment viewed by millions of viewers preparing for Hurricanes Florence and Michael informed coastal viewers of the true power of a storm surge, encouraging more to evacuate sooner.
