As part of a robust digital campaign to promote USA Network’s series based on the popular Purge film franchise, The USA team launched The Purge:AR, an augmented reality game that challenges players to fortify their actual home much as characters in the series might. Placing AR objects in real time in their own real-world homes, players could watch to see if their fortifications withstood the hordes outside. Conceptually clever and technically ambitious, this game was a clear winner.
