As part of an effort to align itself more closely with fan culture, SYFY launched SYFY Origins, a podcast hosted by science royalty Adam Savage (of “Mythbusters” fame). Touted as “a nostalgic celebration of all things science fiction,” the podcast delivers, both through Adam’s ever-exuberant love of nerdy, gadgety, fantastical subjects, but also through an impressive lineup of interviews, including genuine sci-fi luminaries such as Neil Gaiman, DC Fontana and Ron Moore. Adam has proven himself a talented host, as the interviews have been both fun and informative.
