When Comcast customers are less than happy with their service, White takes it personally. The longtime leader of one of Comcast’s largest divisions has challenged leaders throughout the territory to view their impact through the lens of the customer. He’s also encouraged them to take responsibility for their teams’ role in customer satisfaction and participate in leadership development training. The program brings together folks from all West Division markets to have candid conversations on the art of being a leader. Every one of White’s actions is guided by his belief that the West Division, and Comcast as a whole, should be “working together to win together.” White’s cable tenure dates all the way back to TCI, where he served as regional vice president in Chicago. Before joining the cable industry, he spent six years at Colgate-Palmolive, where he re-launched the kids line.
