Best piece of professional advice you’ve received?
My mother’s advice, both professionally and personally, is always ingrained in my head. She has taught me many valuable lessons that have helped shape my life and influence my work style. However, when it comes to maneuvering this early stage of my adult career, my boss has given me the best advice. She says, “You can make mistakes, just don’t make the same mistake twice.” These words have given me a great sense of confidence and has allowed me to take smart risks.

Favorite trending hashtag?
My favorite trending hashtag is #ImmigrantsMakeAmericaGreat. The hashtag is representative of a narrative that has brought to light what it means to be an immigrant in America. It’s a reminder to me of the importance of our jobs in the industry, now more than ever, to continue to push authentic, diverse perspective and representation to the national discourse.
