Last year Ravi more than proved her ability to manage and implement multiple large-scale projects at once by working on software that supports home security, continuous video recording services and the integration of IoT products. She also headed the team that scaled Xfinity Home technology to service more than one million customers. Yet she always makes time to mentor minority women and men both at Comcast and external organizations.
