Sara Clarke

Clarke plays a key role in a wide range of strategic initiatives for Showtime, advising upper-level management on the company’s competitive position and evaluating sales and marketing efforts. Her administration of the company’s intranet ensures smooth internal communication. Clarke is also a volunteer for the Young Women’s Leadership Network, where she has donated her time for more than a decade. She says of her mentorship philosophy, “By asking them what they want to achieve, and helping them evaluate the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be, I enable them to take ownership of their priorities and recognize their capacity to navigate the pursuit of their goals.”
