“While my career experiences have prepared me well for the pressure of managing tight deadlines, having a chance to express my culinary creativity on Food Network’s “Chopped” would be the real victory. What podcast do you recommend for current and/or aspiring leaders? I think it’s important for leaders to be authentic and find ways to connect with their teams by sharing interests. For me, that’s often centered around cooking. I recommend cookbook author Caroline Chambers’ podcast “So Into That” as a fun listen outside of work. For leadership development, Brene Brown provides a great starting place in her TED talks, books, and podcast (“Dare to Lead”).
