Hits like “Avatar: The Last Airbender” and “One Day” continued to bring in new subscribers, and the streamer was able to strike new first-look deals with the likes of Tyler Perry. He also hasn’t been afraid to make changes to Netflix’s content teams to better the overall unit, streamlining his division to two direct reports: VP, drama Jinny Howe and VP, comedy Tracey Pakosta.
