What advice would you give young women entering the business world today? Listen to your gut, it’s always right. If it is saying something is wrong, it probably is. Hone your soft skills and communication style to object in a constructive way to get you comfortable with whatever the situation is rather than it being a business project or a personal issue.
How do you push through impostor syndrome or self-doubt? Finally, shift your attention to your strengths and the value you bring to your work or personal projects, rather than dwelling on perceived shortcomings, to build confidence and a more balanced self-perception. Your strengths are others weaknesses and everyone has special gifts, I find by saying this to myself it can overcome imposer syndrome.
