For more than 15 years, Arment has advised a wide range of cable and telecom clients on engineering and project management services. She’s living the advice she would give her teenage self: “When presented with an opportunity embrace it, especially if it takes you outside of your current comfort level.” Arment is a key member of the program management team responsible for tackling technical information required to support Charter’s acquisition of Time Warner Cable. Not surprisingly, she lists Charter’s acquisition of TWC as the biggest story of 2016. She brings not only solid technical, but also people management, project/program management and communications skills to her long list of clients. In 1995, Arment became the very first recipient of the Women in Technology Award, presented by WICT, SCTE and Cablefax.
