Hulu’s PR stunt was oh-so-New York, with a projection mapping event in Columbus Circle that continued throughout the week at locations around the city. To promote the comedic murder mystery series, Hulu sent 30 men wearing tie-dye hoodies to fan out around the city—a tip to one of the first suspicious characters in “Only Murders in the Building.” Tie-Dye Guy’s first appearance came in the background of Good Morning America’s national broadcast on Sept. 7.
