With Frontier’s goal of 10 million fiber passings by the end of 2025 firmly in its sights, Jeffery’s 180-degree turn of the company has put it in a position where it can now create more incremental value. It reached its target of 1.3 million new fiber locations in 2023 while scoring 84,000 fiber broadband net adds. Above all, the company ended the year by achieving its $500 million cost savings target—double its initial plan.
