When there’s a crisis, Woods is the one to call. Despite a challenging macroeconomic background, he was able to grow CSG’s business by mid-single digits. He always keeps an ear open to what CSG’s customers need, and his ability to rebuild trust with some of those customers quickly and creatively led to a 33% improvement in the company’s Supplier NPS at one of the largest U.S. providers. What emerging industry trend are you most excited by and why? I’m excited to see how CSPs continue to build converged products and offers, blurring the lines between traditional fixed, cable, mobile and internet services. The ability for cable operators to offer seamless connectivity inside and outside of the home, and offer premium content over that connection, is exciting. I look forward to working with CSPs to build out seamless customer experiences across their products, as convergence presents a wealth of opportunities for them to enhance their offerings and expand market reach.
