With more than a decade under his belt as CEO of HTC, Hagg has helped shape the South Carolina-based provider into a true community partner. During the pandemic, HTC teamed with an area produce company to donate food to local charities each week. Hagg and his team also provided free internet to students without broadband, working with Horry County Schools to identify students in need.
