Throughout the years, Monte has been a part of the launch of several cutting-edge products and brands including the XFINITY TV brand, Comcast’s mobile applications and X1. Managing relationships with top-tier networks and working with content providers to produce successful programming strategies across platforms is her current focus. “I have passionately contributed to company-wide programming strategies by liaising between Comcast’s content providers and various internal teams to cultivate meaningful and strategic partnerships that affect how the industry looks at content viewing as a whole,” she says. A source of pride for her is being a graduate of Comcast University’s Foundations of Organizational Leadership program.

What do you do for fun outside of work?
I play golf and enjoy seeing live music.
