One Word that Best Describes Me: Competitive

Morrison created the MyTV Custom Bundles launched by Cincinnati Bell a year ago, but his work is far from over. He continues to be innovative in the product offerings the company presents to its customers and is constantly looking for solutions to problems where there may appear to be none. In fact, Morrison himself takes customer calls as to why consumers can’t purchase channels a la carte. His packaging initiatives are being watched closely by the programming industry and other MSOs to see how successful they are and how can they be implemented by others.

Q&A

The best thing about fast broadband is… knowing you will be able to keep up with our ever-growing connected world.

What are the top three qualities you look for in a hire? Communication, confidence, and common sense. I think these are crucial; people can be taught anything. These make you successful. And always…have fun.

What does the future look like for skinny bundles and flexible packaging? Obviously, we’re a big fan here at Cincinnati Bell… I think the “change” I referenced earlier makes skinny bundles part of the future. The way our younger generations consume content and the type of content they consume is completely different from 10 years ago. This will continue to be the case and force change, which is desperately needed.

Best way to spend a Saturday night: Just being with my wife and friends, typically somewhere in downtown Cincinnati.
