Comcast elevated Parker to his new role overseeing the Keystone Region in July following a successful run in Western New England. The past year saw him expand broadband networks in nine unserved towns in western and central Massachusetts through a partnership with the Massachusetts Broadband Institute, bringing service to 20% more homes than planned. He achieved this while also completing a nearly $350,000 fiber optic network expansion in West Hartford, upgrading the network to be capable of delivering 10Gbps of ethernet capacity to local businesses.
