Dolan is a rising star at Cisco. During her tenure in the Cisco Sales Associate Program, a coveted career development course that accepts less than six percent of global applicants, her performance earned her a promotion to virtual sales account manager, where she achieved 128 percent of her sales goal and grew revenue in her account base by over 100 percent year over year. She has been recognized as account manager of the quarter in the Cisco Media Operation for leading several competitive sales initiatives and also organized the first Cisco Studios Summit in Hollywood in October 2016. The power of storytelling and the ability to push boundaries is what attracted her to the industry, she says. “I jumped at the opportunity at Cisco to work with this industry to enable new ways to capture and tell those stories, and to deliver them to different audiences in innovative ways. Technology makes content, and the means of creating it, more accessible—that means more freedom, more outlets, more voices, and more stories.”
