He’s developed 12 customer listening forums focused on gaining insights into issues critical to the success of Calix’s customers, and he’s been at the forefront of planning ways Calix can support operators as NTIA’s BEAD program begins doling out funding. He struck long-term manufacturing service agreements with Jabil, Gemtek and Hisense Broadband for the production of optical network terminals and optical modules that will be critical components of future network builds.
