When the 2020 Cable-Tec Expo could not feature the Hall of Fame, NCTI knew they had to fix it. The team created a virtual experience on their website to honor the Master Technician Certification—a certification that typically takes years to achieve. On a short deadline, NCTI put on a quality program that honorees and their families could enjoy. NCTI also used the site to feature the College Learning Lounge, NCTI’s Wired Wisdom YouTube Series, and the history of NCTI going back to 1968.
