Stutts oversees all aspects of Comcast’s communications, government affairs, community investment and telecom policy matters throughout California, as well as the Comcast Regional Television network. She spearheaded the creation of the Commitment to California campaign, a multiyear program that amplifies Comcast’s story of innovation, investment and involvement across all influencers. Growing up as a foster child from the age of five has inspired Stutts to serve several terms on the National Board of Directors of the Court Appointed Special Advocates for foster children.
