Where do you work most frequently—home, office, road? When I’m not on the road meeting with our frontline employees and customers, you’ll find me connecting with people in the office.
How do you personally give back to your community? My passion for environmental sustainability was initially sparked more than a decade ago when I saw firsthand the importance of ensuring clean water for communities worldwide and the critical role of water steward. More recently, I’ve enjoyed leading the charge for Cox Communications’ efforts to achieve our enterprise-wide goals of zero waste to landfill and carbon and water neutral, as well as my time as a board member for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (CRK).
Favorite place you’ve ever visited? Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia—a marvelously rugged and wild place at the end of the earth!
What impact could AI have on the industry’s future? A step-change in CX and ease of doing business with our companies.
