Since joining CNBC and creating its first direct-to-consumer team, de Luna has expanded the outfit to include nearly 50 people. In January, she oversaw the launch of CNBC Investing Club with Jim Kramer, which has seen steady subscriber growth all year. A pioneer in the digital media industry, she’s established a roadmap for CNBC’s subscription business while creating opportunities for more women to join the C-suite.
