In her newly expanded role, Kim develops long-term growth strategies for TCM. The job includes wearing several hats, as she oversees research, forecasting and cross-functional coordination between departments. TCM’s culture and innovation team also now falls under Kim’s purview, and with her guidance the team implemented resiliency training and tools for all staff, and ideated diversity and inclusion practices across everything TCM does, from marketing to on-air to staff hiring.
