The Hispanic audience is particularly active on mobile and digital platforms. Dooner and Silberwasser work diligently to make sure NBCU’s networks that cater to the US Hispanic population are available whenever, and however their audience wants to access them, and proof of their success is in strong ratings growth. Dooner aided in the production of multiple cross-company initiatives with NBCU including reality competition shows “La Voz Kids” and “Top Chef Estrellas,” the weekly news segment “Access Hollywood Al Rojo Vivo” and multiple simulcasts between NBC’s “Today” and Telemundo’s morning show “Un Nuevo Dia.” Silberwasser oversees the Telemundo broadcast network, including Telemundo Studios, and oversees developing and executing the entertainment, sports and news growth strategy.
