Farrell’s stayed busy over the last year, helping keep Bravo a top 10 cable network. Specifically, she oversaw the third season of “Southern Charm,” which wrapped in July and marked the show’s highest-rated in series history. Additionally, Farrell worked on the season seven return of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Away from work, Farrell lends her time to Southern Poverty Law Center. “The SPLC is a nonprofit organization that combats hate, intolerance and discrimination through education and litigation,” she says.
