There has been a noticeable rise in organizations hiring a “chief diversity officer” or “director of inclusion.”

In what areas should the industry step up its efforts with regard to diversity and inclusion?
I think the industry must look at getting high school and college students interested in careers in cable.

If there were a reality show based on your office, what would it be called?
“Staying Number One,” because we still have the No. 1 show on TV with “The Walking Dead.”
