Recently promoted to her current post, Virone has been a force at Viacom since joining the company as a freelancer in 2013. Initially, she worked on consumer activations at all MTV events, including The Woodies at SXSW and Fandom Awards at Comic Con, thereby proving her worth with marketing successes and earning a move to consumer marketing at MTV. After Viacom channels merged their marketing teams, Logo was added to her portfolio of channels and she then began overseeing media plans and strategy for all three channels and shows, including “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
