Juggling linear, streaming and digital offerings spanning TV franchises like The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe to the Shudder and IFC Films brands is a complex task that Dolan handles well. She made AMC Networks—with 60-percent female leadership—the nation’s first programmer to enable programmatic buying on linear television, introduced the ad-supported version of AMC+ and made “The AMC Collection” available to Netflix subscribers to drive interest in its top series.

What do you believe is the next big disruption facing the industry? The evolution of viewership is an ongoing disruption that will take much more time for the industry to resolve. Through the realization that ‘everything old is new again’, partnerships can be reignited to make our content available to as many people as possible in new and innovative ways that put the customer first.
