Ziply Fiber is on an expansion mission, and Quinn is leading the way. She has guided the deployment of fiber in new markets across three states, and they were executed effortlessly thanks to her plan to establish cross-functional teams with representation from engineering, construction, marketing, sales and operations. She’s actively involved in the Women of Ziply resource group and she constantly works to bring together women of different backgrounds and experience levels to share insights and mentorship.

How has embracing your authentic self shaped your leadership style? Women need to trust in their instincts and not try to reshape themselves to fit others. Women are smart, dynamic individuals, who have much to offer the workplace today! When you look for opportunities to improve the work you and others around you do, you will always succeed. I feel very grateful that I have been able to work in a male dominated industry for many years now and have always been able to have a voice, to share my opinions, and to contribute at a higher level.
