Buchholz led development for Comcast’s $1.5 billion Technology Center and the $750 million Comcast Center and helped Comcast Cable build and launch its Lift Zones program. As head of Comcast’s DEI function, she launched the Joint Diversity Council, introduced employee resource groups and drove meaningful progress in supplier diversity, diverse programming and community impact initiatives.
