Karen Bronzo

Bronzo’s portfolio multiplied this year when she stepped into a role that took her roster of networks from two to nearly 30. She met the moment, leading efforts to lift each brand through marketing collaborations for films and television events like “DC League of Superpets” and “House of the Dragon.” Each campaign included custom promos, sneak peeks and carefully crafted social media moments.

“Your career is a marathon, not a sprint, and you should think about the long game. Sometimes people make career decisions for short-term gain without thinking about how it could impact their future opportunities. Finding that balance between patience and ambition has been critical to the success I’ve enjoyed.”

Advice on embracing change: Change is inevitable in life and business. I choose to face change by focusing on the things I can control vs. those that I cannot. Focusing on what is outside of one’s control is ultimately a waste of energy and time. If you approach every situation with an open mind and a sense of possibility, you’re more likely to set yourself up for success.
