Former chief of staff to A+E president Paul Buccieri, Stock gained new oversight of the strategic, creative and corporate brand marketing teams when she was elevated to her role in June. How has your definition of success changed over the course of your career? Early on in my career, I think I drew success from accomplishments and individual experiences. Today, it is more about what/who/how I have been able to influence (directly or indirectly) and positively impact.

My mental health aha moment: Multiple things can be true simultaneously.

What unique challenges do women still face in the workplace? I think we are all (female, male, non-binary) challenged by our biases and those of our colleagues.
