It was a feather in all three of these gurus’ caps when Mediacom was selected as a U.S. Best Managed Company for the third year in a row last year in the Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal-sponsored program. Pascarelli, Stephan and Commisso Weinand were celebrated for their ability to execute, their leadership in corporate culture, their strategy prowess and Mediacom’s financial performance through it all. The trio had a hand in the transition of the Mediacom network in West Des Moines, Iowa, to the 10G platform, and the company signing on with Nokia to use Mediacom’s XGS-PON systems and equipment to support its new buildouts. Commisso Weinand was inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame Class of 2023, where she was lauded as a trailblazer and jill of all trades.
