My proudest professional achievement over the past 12 months is… Working alongside our Charter employees every day throughout this pandemic that made connectivity more important than ever and placed even more demand on our network. Our team kept our network performing extremely well, did a year’s worth of upgrades in a few weeks, helped hundreds of thousands of customers get and stay connected, figured out ways to make self-installation an option for almost everyone and took care of 31 million people on the phone, at their homes and businesses, and in our stores.
What sort of broadband will the average U.S. household need in five years? Essentially more of everything: faster speeds, as well as advanced in-home WiFi solutions, and simplified control.
