Arias is a senior marketing executive and strategist with more than a dozen years’ experience honing affiliate and consumer marketing at companies such as The Weather Channel, Fox and E! Networks. He’s responsible for contributing several million dollars in incremental revenue through impactful custom multiscreen marketing solutions that augmented advertisers’ go-to-market strategies. He also has led strategic third-party partnerships on behalf of clients in order to amplify advertising efforts through onsite activation, brand integration and custom content creation. Speaking about affiliate versus consumer marketing he says, “Everything that we do at Comcast Spotlight is centered around the customer. What professional accomplishments are you most proud of from the past 12 months?

I am honored to have recently been named Regional Director of Sales Marketing for the newly formed Comcast Spotlight South Region which includes leading Marketing Strategy for Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas.   

 

As more content goes direct to consumers, to what degree does affiliate marketing overlap consumer marketing in your company?

Everything that we do at Comcast Spotlight is centered around the customer. Whether an advertiser or affiliate, our client bases are consumers, which means that now more than ever, you cannot have one without the other.

 

What do you do for fun out of work?

Spend time with family and friends, run, cook and of course, watch TV across many screens.
