Neal wears two hats at E! and is excelling at both. She continues to elevate E!’s brand, directing all marketing initiatives. Last fall she led E!’s celebration of the 10th anniversary of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” with the socially driven #KeepItKardashian campaign, and she helped spearhead “E! Live from the Royal Wedding” coverage, which delivered 111 million total engagements. Of late she’s overseeing new acquisition “People’s Choice Awards,” which will air on the net for the first time in November. “Successful women who are using their platform to create opportunities for women and foster diversity in general” are a step forward for women in the industry, she says.

My mom. At 82 years, she still multitasks with the best of them and always reminds me to count my blessings.
