Comcast’s content gatekeeper has earned a reputation for being tough but fair-minded—a combination that continues to serve both her and the company very well. Negotiation and administration of programming contracts remain top of mind, as does coordinating the company’s nationwide field operations and financial commitments, and managing programming for Comcast’s partnership properties. As Comcast expands service options for its customers—including the launch of Xfinity Instant TV—expect Gaiski’s role to expand as well. She believes talk of “skinny bundles” will continue to dominate headlines in 2018. “Why? Choice. Customers think they want choice, but do they really?” she says.

My favorite female character on TV is Olivia Pope. She is fearless and unapologetic… all the while looking fabulous!
