Lucas last year assumed an expanded role overseeing ad sales and integrated marketing for both Viacom’s Music and Entertainment Group and Kids and Family Group, making him the first to lead a unified sales team across the Viacom portfolio. And he’s run with the role, pioneering the successful launch of in-house powerhouse Viacom Velocity, creating data-driven predictive ad solution Viacom Vantage, and launching the Velocity Products Group, a new division within ad sales designed to bring multiplatform social partnerships, products, and services to clients— just to name a few.
