Jamia Bigalow

Brand discovery and marketing were at the forefront of Bigalow’s mind as she succeeded in a number of OTT launches over the past year. Moving forward, she’ll continue to develop marketing initiatives between FNG and its key distributors, building campaigns that merge marketing and promotion with new technologies and distribution platforms. For Bigalow, there’s no question tackling gender equality in cable will succeed if top execs make it a priority. “We have to make the workplace ‘workable’ for women of all levels, and this should be modeled at the top,” she says. “More than ever, women need work environments where they can find balance and sustain a burgeoning career alongside life outside of work.”
