Hit TV show “Younger’s” popularity would not exist without McHale, who spearheaded the publicity campaign for the series during her time at TV Land. She joined BBC America in December and in just nine months launched the PR campaign for Emmy-nominated series “Killing Eve.” McHale won’t hesitate to tell you she’s always been obsessed with television, “but it never occurred to me that I could actually work with the people who create it,” she says. “I always try to remember how lucky I am to work in this industry—so many people dream of it!”

Your favorite Snapchat filter?
The face-swapping one. I try it out with my 6-year old niece all the time for fun. It’s terrifying.

What attracted you to this industry?
I’ve always been obsessed with television, but it never occurred to me that I could actually work with the people who create it. I always try to remember how lucky I am to work in this industry – so many people dream of it!
