What item in your home sparks joy? I have enlarged and framed a lot of my daughter’s photography. She sees ordinary items so differently and has the innate ability to illuminate a conventional scene to an unconventional scene, or a mundane object to extraordinary. Her photography sparks joy because I admire and appreciate artistic talent.

Who would you cast to play yourself in the story of your life? I would actually cast my son and not for the obvious reason that he looks like me, but because he has great story-telling qualities. As my wife says, he has a wonderful “gift of gab.”
How do you stay Motivated in your job? The team, the innovative spirit…I love the people I work with, the opportunity to learn and to grow. You should love what you do, and have a passion for what you do.
What quality do you look for when promoting someone? Collaborative, inquisitive, accountable.
