This year, it went even further to ensure everyone felt included in the company culture. The CABO Connection, a monthly video series, launched featuring associate profiles, community service projects and more and podcast series Talk CABO to Me offers episodes perfectly timed to the average estimate of how long a technician is in the truck between jobs. The company blog was also moved to a new platform, and the Cable One family saw a 250% increase in blog engagement.
