She also spearheaded NOW Internet, NOW Mobile and WiFi Pass, ensuring affordable connectivity alternatives to the Affordable Connectivity Program as it concluded. Through streamlined go-to-market strategies and a focus on inclusive access, Waldorf has expanded flexible high-quality service options to serve diverse customer segments while championing connectivity as an essential right.

What do you believe is the next big disruption facing the industry? AI and Convergence. AI will become integral to our operations over the coming years as we find new use cases. There is a deeper level of convergence we have yet to tap, with enhanced networked features that connect both wired and wireless solutions, and eventually define a completely seamless experience whether in or out of the home.
