Reid created a vision to fully automate lifecycle management in Network Operations and has brought together multiple cross-functional teams to execute this vision, creating a closed-loop framework of systems, processes, tools and automation to manage the entire lifecycle of Charter’s hardware and software assets. Under her guidance, the strategy for Platforms as a Service is evolving to incorporate technologies such as software-defined networking (SDN), composable infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud solutions.

Who is a female athlete you admire and why? Nadia Comaneci. As a child of the 1980s, Nadia was an absolute icon for me growing up. She was the first gymnast to ever achieve a perfect 10, and her achievement and standard for excellence was unprecedented. Her allure was amplified by the fact that she came from a communist bloc country during the Reagan years, and was further reinforced by the 1984 made-for-TV movie that I watched on repeat.
