One of Raj’s main responsibilities is to drive corporate strategy and partner with business units across Comcast and NBCUniversal. Those might be market development opportunities focused on business and geographic expansion or long-range planning for the business portfolio. During the past year, Raj and his team have developed strategies for Comcast’s next generation networks, and collaborated with business units across the company to address some of the industry’s toughest issues. “I think of diversity on a team as diversity of viewpoints— driven by gender and ethnicity but also by background, training, prior work, upbringing, and life experiences,” says Raj.
