What is one way the industry can continue to evolve in ridding itself of gender discrimination?
Mentorship. Mentorship. Mentorship. Mentorship is one of the most rewarding aspects of our careers, to give back, provide insight and guidance while watching amazing talent and individuals with possibility grow. It’s important to have and find mentors not only within your own team or industry, but there needs to be outreach across different segments of businesses and lines of operations. It is the only way that there will be appropriate representation across the board.
